Dr. (Capt) U.L.R.M. Perera
Vice President and Joint Managing Director
Dr. Perera, MBBS (Col), PGDPSc (Col), PGDRH (Col), MCMA (SL), is a Senior Medical Administrator and a Specialist in Reproductive Health for the Ministry of Health, Sri Lanka.
He is a former Director of North Colombo Teaching Hospital – Ragama Sri Lanka, De Soysa Maternity Hospital – Colombo Sri Lanka, National Institute of Mental Health, Mulleriyawa Teaching Hospital, HIV/AIDS Control Programme, Wijeya Kumaratunga Memorial Hospital – Seeduwa Sri Lanka, National Covid Centre – Sri Lanka.
He was a UNDP Specialist – Suva Fiji Island, Ministry of Health, Colonial War Memorial Hospital – Suva Fiji Island. He was also the former Director General for the Ministry of Sports and Institute of Sports Medicine.
He is also the Medical Director for Kish International Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices.
Doctor’s Services
He actively participates in clinical research trials and has been published in peer reviewed journals such as the Journal of the State Medical Society and Baylor University Medical Center’s Proceedings. At Hahnemann Hospital in conjunction with Drexel University, where he received extensive training in coronary as well as peripheral interventions and limb salvage procedures.
